Alternate Titles: Why Do You Need To Decorate Your Kid’s Room With Wall Stickers?

Every time we parents visit elementary schools, day cares, and nurseries, we always encounter rooms, classrooms, bathrooms, and almost any room with wall stickers. Most of the time we never give these stickers any mind because they are always at educational institutions that we send our kids to, and we think that school is supposed to be a fun place for the kids to learn, so we do not really mind these stickers and decal. I noticed, when my kids get home and I tell them to do their homework, they find it boring, do either not finish their homework, or do poorly on homework.

I could feel that my kids have better performance in their school or classroom activities than doing their homework assignments. Teachers could somehow say the same thing in my kid’s report cards and when they return their test papers and home works. In the first place I tried to figure out that maybe they just do not want to study at home. Same thing if adult people do not also want to bring any job related things at home. Because of this observation, I need to scold my kids because I only think of them being lazy. I never come to think of any reason why this is happening until my eight-year old kid told me so that our place is so boring and dull. He added that I never care to place something on the wall or anywhere and anything that could add color and life of their study area. That is why whenever they needed to do their school works, they also feel sleepy and tired.

This all started when my kids as well as teachers also talked with me. They tried to advise me that I need to put something in their rooms that could encourage them to study, read and even learn more. Rooms are not only good for sleeping but also for studying. They even added that putting decorations in the kid’s room are also stimulating for the kids to learn more. That is why I asked teachers if I put wall stickers that are colorful, interesting and fun could help. They allowed me to look around their classrooms having decals and stickers and other things to make the learning process of the kids interesting and fun.

The next weekend, I took my children and let them pick all the decorations, wall decals, stickers, and wallpapers for their rooms. I had to splash out the cash for my kids but it was all worth it. I was also able to spend quality time with my children, and I got the chance to know them more than I did. I though they had the same preferences when they were younger, but as time moves on, things change. When we got home and installed the decorations, I let them help me as long as they wanted to. In addition, it was a great bonding experience.

Looking back, I rather realized how dull their rooms were before, not that they were ugly, they were good looking but they were dull as gray. Because of all the wall decals, wall stickers, and decorations their rooms look colorful, lively, and they my children seem to like the new look of their room. After a while, I found them reading and studying. Now they spend more time in their rooms than they did before, and when their report cards came in, they are doing better at their homework than before.

Getting a very comfortable room is beyond price. Let your children enjoy nice atmosphere with kids wall decals and kids furniture. You may also opt for kids wall decals that can be great addition to your child’s place.
